Peninsula Family Advocacy Program (FAP)
Peninsula Family Advocacy Program (FAP) of Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County partners health care providers with attorneys to address legal issues that may negatively impact child health. FAP provides onsite legal representation, advocacy and education to families who receive medical care at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and Ravenswood Family Health Center and to pregnant women who receive prenatal care at San Mateo Medical Center and affiliated prenatal clinics.
Dr. Dana Weintraub is an Assistant Medical Director for the National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership, a network of over 180 medical-legal partnerships.
